Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Paula moved to Houston in 2013 and graduated from LeNôtre Culinary Institute in 2016. She joined H Town Group in 2018 and was instrumental in opening URBE as Head Chef in 2021 alongside Chef Hugo. Paula’s specialty lies in meticulously recording and organizing all our recipes. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys relaxing at home with movies and TV shows.
