Elvis has been a valued member of H Town Restaurant Group for 15 years, managing at Hugo’s, Xochi, and Caracol. As General Manager and Sommelier, he brings extensive experience and a passion for fine wine to our team. When he’s not working, Elvis enjoys riding his bike and playing soccer.
