Adrian brings nearly two decades of culinary experience to our kitchen. He started his journey with H Town Restaurant Group 19 years ago as an appetizer cook at Hugo’s, worked his way up to Sous Chef at Backstreet, and has been Head Chef at Caracol since 2013. Known for his calm demeanor and positive attitude, Adrian excels at leading the kitchen through the busiest shifts.
