ENTREMES

Ostiones Asados - roasted oysters, gochujang, furikake, panko, Parmesan

Taco de Pato - compressed confit duck, date mole, cucumber, green onion, duck skin chicharrón, flour tortilla

Sopa de Alcachofa - creamy artichoke soup, chive, olive oil

paired with Burbujas de Amor - sparkling rosé, grapefruit oleo, grapefruit juice, lime juice


PLATO FUERTE

Picanha - 8oz prime sliced, paprika-nori-cumin dry rub 

Pescado Zarandeado- whole butterflied branzino, cucumber salad, housemade zaranda adobo, sobaquera, salsa trio

Borrego Tatemado - charred over coals braised lamb shank, black beans, green peas, flour tortilla

Camarones Zarandeado - large head-on grilled shrimp in adobo, creamy bomba rice

Arroz de Vegetales - artichokes, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, poblano, hoja santa, ancho-morita aioli

pair with Ramito de Violetas Condesa Gin, Tempus Fugit Violettes Liqueur, prickly pear, lime, pomegranate juice, agave

Erizo del Amor - housemade chocolate "sea urchin," lemon verbena cream, hibiscus-caramel, hibiscus gel, passion fruit sponge, mango, calamansi, lemon verbena cookie, chocolate rocks 

pair with Flechazo al Corazon -blanco tequila, white chocolate liqueur, lime juice, calamansi, hibiscus
