Aperture Cellars Wine Dinner
Tuesday, July 28
6 PM Reception, 6:30 Seated Dinner
Join us at Zaranda on Tuesday, July 28, from 6–9 PM for an intimate evening with Aperture Cellars, where photography, family and winemaking come into focus.
Aperture Cellars grew from winemaker Jesse Katz’s travels alongside his father, renowned photographer Andy Katz. Their shared journey shaped a winery where Andy captures a sense of place through his lens and Jesse expresses it through Sonoma wine.
Aaron Robertson, Director of Wholesale for Aperture Cellars, will join us for the dinner, guiding guests through the featured wines and sharing the stories behind the people, vineyards and craftsmanship in every bottle.
The evening begins with a passed-bites reception and Aperture Chenin Blanc, followed by Tiradito de Hamachi, Taco de Pato, Bistec Asado, and Roasted Fig + Dark Chocolate with the Último Enfoque dessert cocktail.
Experience Aperture’s story through a thoughtfully paired menu at Zaranda, home to the most extensive wine selection in the H Town Restaurant Group family.
Seating is limited. Guests must be 21 or older to enjoy the wine pairings. Enjoy responsibly.
