Join us at Zaranda for a multi-course dinner by Chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega, with each dish thoughtfully paired to highlight the depth, complexity, and distinctive character of Amarás Mezcal—an evening celebrating the best of Mexican spirits and cuisine.

Amarás Mezcal is one of Mexico’s leading mezcal producers, celebrated for its commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and social impact. Founded in 2010 with a vision to create exceptional mezcal while supporting the communities and landscapes that make it possible, Amarás works closely with master mezcaleros and agave-growing families to preserve traditional production methods and Mexico’s rich agave heritage. From bright and approachable expressions to complex, small-batch releases, Amarás mezcals are recognized for their balance, character, and authenticity.

We are delighted to welcome Luis Nino de Rivera, one of the co-founders of Amarás, who will guide us through each pour, sharing the story, traditions, and artistry behind these exceptional spirits.
